Entrepreneur Workations: The 8 Best

Everyone needs a vacation from time to time. But many entrepreneurs have difficulties pulling away from their business and work to take that much needed vacation. The looks on the faces of spouses and children could kill at times, so I am writing this to tell you about entrepreneur workations.

With entrepreneur workations, you have the best of both worlds:

  1. A happy family who can enjoy their vacation
  2. A successful entrepreneur who can complete his daily missions

In today’s post, I am going to share 8 great places to go for entrepreneur workations.

Entrepreneur Workations #1: Rocky Mountain Camping Trip

The serenity and beauty of the Rocky Mountains in the Western United States is a great choice for that entrepreneur workation. You may see some deer, coyotes or a plethora of other wildlife. The family will love it and the entrepreneur will gain inspiration.

Some good choices are:

  • Moraine Park Campground in the Rocky Mountain National Park – Colorado
  • Devil’s Garden Campground at Arches National Park – Utah
  • Jenny Lake Campground in the Grand Teton National Park – Wyoming

Entrepreneur Workations #2: Go On A Cruise

Be it through Caribbean waters or up North to Alaska, a cruise is a great idea for an entrepreneur workation. They are actually quite inexpensive and cruises are a great place to network with other entrepreneurs.

There are many cruise lines offering fantastic deals. Just type take a cruise in your search engine and see what all pops up.

Entrepreneur Workations #3: Costa Rica

In the jungle, the might jungle… Costa Rica offers a great chance at a wonderful vacation for your family and a workation for you. There are also some great deals on tickets and hotels in this wonderful country. Just get your passports and have a wonderful time.

Entrepreneur Workations #4: Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is like a city from a fairy tale. There are plenty of sites to see all throughout this European city and don’t worry entrepreneur, you will be able to get internet here. Be sure and take a camera. You can get some great shots and there are many inspiring pieces of architecture.

Entrepreneur Workations #5: The Galapagos Islands

This hot island chain that is on the equator was formed by volcanoes many years ago. It is home to all kinds of sea turtles, sea lions, penguins and other cool wildlife. While your family swims in the blue Pacific Ocean, you can handle business activities from your laptop.

Entrepreneur Workations #6: Cape Town, South Africa

This Southern city in Africa is a wonderful choice for an entrepreneur workation. As a matter of fact, Cape town has a high percentage of entrepreneurs too. So maybe you can network and meet other entrepreneurs. It seems this South African city just breeds creative souls.

Entrepreneur Workations #7: Moorea, French Polynesia

When you fly over this magnificent island that is located North of Tahiti, you will notice it has a heart shape.

It is the perfect choice if you want to relax, but still be able to keep track of your business activities. By the way, there is a great golf course on Moorea. Jack Nicklaus created it.

Entrepreneur Workations #8: Rome, Italy

There is no possible way we could leave Rome off this list, but I was tempted to because we are talking workactions and I know that Rome will bring temptations to just set your business to the side for the duration of your trip, because there is just so much to see and do.

Final Thoughts

As an entrepreneur that travels far and often, I have been to some wondrous locations. In most cases my travels are business related I am not able to see or do many of the things I would like.

So I recommend that when you do take a workation, take a break from the work for a little bit and take a look around you to see what you have been missing. It is good for you and you may discover it inspires you to higher realms in your entrepreneurial journey.

As a last thought, I know that a primary aspect of being an entrepreneur is selling. And, when we sell we face objections. Do you have set methods on how you handle those objections?

There are certain objections that can be difficult to overcome, but you can… Yes, you can overcome these objections. My friend Jim Fortin put together a very valuable 62 page report that tells you the methods to overcome the top 10 objections.

You can get that report… Just click here.

Thanks everyone for stopping by today. I want to wish you great success in your business and your life.

The Magic Of Coming Up With A Business Idea

12 Tips

How is it that some people seem to magically “pull” a successful business out of a top hat?

I have news for you… It isn’t magic. There is so much more to the creation of a business idea and if you could have a crystal ball to see the whole process that entrepreneur went through in the creation of that business, your eyes would be wide open in a similar way as if you just discovered the simple process used with a magic trick.

In this post, I am going to share 12 tips on coming up with a business idea. And since it truly isn’t magic, I am not breaking the magician’s oath of secrecy.

So use these tips to come up with your business or product idea.

Magic Business Idea Tip #1: Consider What You Are Passionate About

This should be one of your top priorities. You need to develop your ideas around something you love.

  • Would a vegetarian do well designing an improved meat grinder?
  • The non-swimmer developing scuba gear?
  • Etc…

If your not passionate about it, will it even have a fighting chance for success?

Magic Business Idea Tip #2: What Is The Problem?

Through just everyday activity, we can discover problems… Things that bother us, and we can use these seemingly frustrating problems as a way to develop a great product or business idea.

Just consider some of the problems in the past that entrepreneurs solved with their creativity:

  • Frozen water pipes led to heat tape
  • Drizzling rain led to the intermittent wiper
  • and the difficulty of recruiting had us developing the Rocket Recruiting App.

Magic Business Idea Tip #3: Embrace Failure

Failure is a part of the creation process. If you allow failure to destroy your creative spirit, you will not get very far in your dream of success.

Just consider the famous Wright brothers; how may times did the “flying machine” crash? How many bruises or broken bones came from the creative process they used?

But they kept moving forward and in the end, we are now able to fly anywhere our hearts desire.

Magic Business Idea Tip #4: Experiment

Some of the best products on the market started as a simple experiment. They were not perfect, but the entrepreneur threw it out to the public to just see what the reception would be and how the customer would respond to potential problems.

Just look at your creative process like a scientific process. Experiment until you find the right ingredients.

Magic Business Idea Tip #5: Take A Current Idea And Make It Better

I have met would-be entrepreneurs that have an assumption they have to invent or create something that has never been.

I have news for you… Nearly everything has already been invented. The key is taking those inventions and making them better. Make them easier, faster, lighter; just make them better.

Just as I mentioned some ideas in tip #2, the first heat tape you had to plug in to an electrical outlet – isn’t there now a solar version?

The first intermittent wiper only operated at eye blink speed. We now can control the speed.

So how can you make an existing product or idea better?

Magic Business Idea Tip #6: Look At Other Cultures

Many great ideas for products or businesses in the United States have come from other cultures.

There have been cosmetic lines, food products and many other items launched because that entrepreneur studied another culture.

Magic Business Idea Tip #7: Carry A Notepad

Ideas can come at some of the craziest times and if we do not write them down, they can be forgotten. Suddenly several years later, we see a product that we had the idea for during one of those moments, but it was erased from our memory.

Do yourself a favor; carry a notebook and write every crazy idea down.

Magic Business Idea Tip #8: Have A Willingness To Make Subtle Or Extreme Changes

You may start off with what you think is a fantastic idea but you are told by customers they would rather have this or that.

You have to be willing to adapt… To make small or even large changes to meet the needs. You may even discover your creation becomes a completely different creation.

Change can be good.

Magic Business Idea Tip #9: Get Out And See Places And Things You Have Never Seen

Just like learning from other cultures, our creative spirit can be enlivened in seeing places and things we have never viewed. And, carry that notepad because I know ideas will start appearing in your thought process.

Magic Business Idea Tip #10: Consider The Marketability

This is an extremely important tip. You may have a wonderful idea, but you need to consider how, who and where you are going to market the item. Who is your target market and will it be feasible to attempt this endeavor?

Just as an example, let’s say that you develop an item that the target market would be farmers in a Communist country.

  • Will you be able to take the steps of getting licensed or approved to sell in that area?
  • Can you do so within an affordable price range?
  • Etc…

You need to really measure the marketability before you begin production.

Magic Business Idea Tip #11: Look To The Past

Some entrepreneurs have looked at products from history and developed a similar item that is a hit.

If you can accurately predict when a fad will circle back into style, you can make a fortune.

Or you could use the past and meet it with the future to develop something ultra-cool. I love at looking at antiques for this very reason.

Magic Business Idea Tip #12: Ask Potential Customers For Their Opinion

“If you had a device that ___, would you use it? Would you buy it? How much would you be willing to pay?”

Surveys are an excellent way to find out if you should move forward with your idea. You could even add a comment area where you ask the person what they would need more than a device like you are mentioning.

Conclusion

I called it magic but truth be told, there is no magic to coming up with a business idea. It just takes creativity and dreams.

Try these ideas and you will find the idea that is right for you.

Keep following my blog to gain an understanding on how to implement your idea and make it prosperous. To get you on that successful track, I also suggest you get the Home Business Success Kit. These 3 tools will help you get to business mountaintop. Check it out here.

Have a great day and please share this with all those other entrepreneurs you know.

Will You Be An Average or Extraordinary Entrepreneur?

Let me start by saying that if you just want to settle for average, maybe the life of an entrepreneur is not meant for you. I don’t mean to sound harsh but sometimes the truth does come out that way. You should strive to be an extraordinary entrepreneur because average is no fun.

Let’s have some fun

As I provide you with tips to help you turn that average into extraordinary.

Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. Thoughts are things! And powerful things at that, when mixed with definiteness of purpose, and burning desire, can be translated into riches” – Napoleon Hill

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Fills The Vacuum

No, I’m not talking about doing housework. What I mean here is: you look for the problem no one else has solved yet. You are searching for needs so you can develop a solution for that need.

Instead of developing a similar product with different packaging, you develop and market a new product in unique packaging.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Sets Goals That Seem Unreachable

The real estate mogul Grant Cardone teaches us this in his book Be Obsessed or Be Average. The average entrepreneur sets goals he/she knows they can reach. The extraordinary entrepreneur sets goals that may not be reached but in attempting to reach that goal, he/she will far surpass the average goals set by others.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Drives With His Eyes 1 Mile Ahead

I was just thinking about driving the busy Los Angeles interstate system during high traffic times. I learned that the best drivers are not so concerned about what is happening immediately in front of them, but they are more focused on what will happen in ½ to 1 mile in the distance.

Entrepreneurs need to use this same approach… What will be the consequences of this decision 2 weeks, 1 month or 1 year from now?

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Vacations Often

The only great way to build a business empire is to utilize automation and other people. While hard work is mandatory during start up, the wise entrepreneur is looking at every possible way to either automate processes, outsource tasks and delegate responsibilities so he/she can travel to Aruba, the South of France or Costa Rica.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Masters The Loop

John Boyd was a great U.S. Air Force fighter pilot who was also brilliant at military strategy. When other leaders were stating that F 15 pilots had no chance against Russian MIG pilots, John explained that they did if they mastered the Loop. He called it the OODA Loop which meant that the person must quickly go through the following processes:

  • Observation – Collecting all relevant data that can be gathered with human senses
  • Orientation – Analyzing that data to form a perspective
  • Decision – Determining the course of action in response to the perspective
  • Action – Just doing it!

This Loop needs to be an ongoing process and changes come as situations change.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Is Able To Say No

The wise entrepreneur has the ability to say no in non-demeaning way. You just cannot say yes to everything that comes along. Knowing when to say no will become a learning experience as you grow into entrepreneur adulthood.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Understands The Laws Of Generosity

There is a natural law at work in this universe. When a person gives, it comes back in huge ways. The extraordinary entrepreneur understands this law and abides by it. He/she gives of their knowledge without expecting return payment, because their payment comes in unexpected ways at a later time.

The Extraordinary Entrepreneur Takes Calculated Risks

Some people will give new entrepreneurs the impression that they should just take a risk if it feels good. If I too every risk that felt “good,” I would probably be homeless. You need to calculate and measure the risk. What are the odds of success.

Betting on the 90 to 1 long-shot in the Belmont Derby is not a calculated risk… It is uncalibrated ignorance.

Learning and innovation go hand in hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow.” William Pollard

In Conclusion

You CAN be an extraordinary entrepreneur if you have the drive and desire to achieve that level. There are many who settle for average and some of them are earning money and living somewhat satisfying lives but… It is JUST AVERAGE.

I always longed to be the extraordinary entrepreneur and I am always striving to reach even loftier heights.

Use These Tips To Make Your Brand Stand Out

As entrepreneurs, we can learn a lot from those monster corporations that have what are mediocre products but are gaining rising revenues on a daily basis. Just consider a well known worldwide fast food franchise corporation that sells hamburgers that have a taste that resembles a cardboard box.

And there is the restaurant ½ block away that makes those genuine hamburgers that taste like cow heaven.

But the fast food franchise has customers far exceeding the restaurant.

Why?

Because they made their brand stand out

People know about them and they make it easy for people to eat the cardboard. They attract that selling point others don’t consider… the children. Their marketing methods work.

But the restaurant with the great burgers could have better results if they just followed some basic tips on how to stand out better.

I want to help that restaurant, as well as other entrepreneurs learn some simple tips on making their brand… Their business… Their selves stand out!

I hope these tips will help you and all other entrepreneurs you share this post with.

Make your brand stand out by using professional images

There are certain areas that you may want to cut costs but images are not one of those places. Make sure that all images you use are professional. Your social media images need to be high quality. Your website photos need to be the best of the best.

Just take the images of the fast food franchise; those pictures make the hamburger look juicy and delightful. Now hold the burger you purchased next to the image… I think you will see my point.

Make your brand stand out by studying your competitors

You can learn a lot from the competition. You can use similar concepts, or change it up in a different direction.

As an example, if I owned the restaurant with the great burgers, I would attack the fast food place with a tagline such as: Our burgers look better than the picture and taste like hamburger heaven.

I would then try to find advertising areas near the fast food place and have an arrow saying just ½ block away.

Great football teams study the other team before they compete against them. Entrepreneurs need to use the same strategy.

Make your brand stand out by utilizing an influencer

It can be amazing how your sales can rocket to the moon just by having an influential person give your brand some recognition. It could be a politician, an actor or a musician. If you can have them tweet your brand or be seen using your brand, believe me, other people will want to use your brand.

You know, I think I saw Sylvester Stallone reading To The Top.

Your branding needs to be amazing

You need to go to extreme measures to make your packaging, your website, your business card… everything about your branding needs to be amazing. It needs to stand apart from everyone else.

I suggest that as you come up with ideas, start asking people you trust will be honest with their feedback.

Keep in mind that many customers choose just by the impression they gain from the packaging or website.

Make your brand stand out by telling your story

Everyone loves a story, so tell your story.

  • How did you become an entrepreneur?
  • How did the brand come to be?
  • What challenges did you face?

Just tell your story and watch how many people come to listen… And buy.

Share testimonials to make your brand stand out

When you have happy customers, just ask them for a testimonial. Most customers will be overjoyed to provide a testimonial and it never hurts to offer them a discount on their next purchase for doing so.

When potential customers see statements from real people about how great your product is, they WILL buy.

You can make your brand stand out by being social on social media

When people on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media outlets see the CEO making posts and replying to comments, they listen.

So many business owners and entrepreneurs think they are above replying on social media outlets. They have virtual assistants handle this task and, I believe their business suffers because of it.

It always impresses me when a high level person in a corporation responds to social media posts and questions. You can impress others too by using that strategy.

Make your brand stand out by educating via blogging

The days of high pressure sales are long past. The best selling method these days is with education. And you can educate potential customers with a blog.

Just as I do on this blog, teaching you about the best methods to succeed at being an entrepreneur.

I must be honest, my goal is sales and I know that a certain amount of readers will desire more. They may want:

So through teaching others, we can gain sales.

Make customer service a priority and your brand WILL stand out

The best advertiser in the history of business is word of mouth. If you treat customers well, they will tell a few people, but if you have bad customer service, they will tell the whole world.

Take care of your customers and your customers will take care of you.

Conclusion

I know these tips will help you make your brand stand out.

Do you have any tips you would add? Do you have any questions? Just post them in the comment section and I will give you an answer.

Have you seen this video I made some time back?

Take a moment and learn that you DO design your ultimate life as an entrepreneur. And then do me a big favor and share this post on social media.

11 Tips Before You Quit Your Job To Start Your Entrepreneurial Dream

As many of you know, I am firmly against procrastination. I believe if you have it in your heart and mind to do something, you should start doing. But I also do not want to mislead anyone; starting a business carries its share of risks and you need to be prepared before you quit your job.

Just because you think someone else had an “easy go” of becoming an entrepreneur, don’t just assume it will work the same way with you. And, if you were to ask that person straight out, if they are honest they will probably point out that it was not as easy as you pictured.

Just follow these 11 tips before you quit your job to dive into the world of entrepreneurship and you will have a less stressful path.

Tip #1: Before you quit your job, get on the positive side of the tracks

I started with this tip because I don’t want to give you a negative impression of starting your own business. As a matter of fact, it is probably one of the wisest decisions you will make. But you need to realize you will have negative forces trying to attack you after you quit your job and dive head first into that entrepreneurial challenge.

Take the time while you are still working that job to just focus on positives. Stay clear of negative influences. Play positive CDs. Read positive books. Say positive messages to yourself aloud.

Tip #2: Make sure your resume is top notch before you quit your job

You may wonder why your resume is so important when you are quitting your job to start your own business. Having your resume looking at its best is something you can show potential clients or investors your talents and skills.

Tip #3: Before you quit your job, start looking for the most cost efficient methods to manage your new business

While you are still working your job, you can start researching all the tools and other items you will need to manage your new business. Look for the most cost efficient means, and keep in mind that you can always upgrade as you start seeing profits.

This will also give you some ideas of the amount of money it will take for you to get started.

Tip #4: Create a game plan for your business before you quit your job

It only makes good sense that you develop a complete plan for your entrepreneurship before you leave your job. I suggest you put it all down on paper. List your goals and how you will reach those goals. Write down your vision and develop a mission statement.

By having your plan on paper, you will have a map to follow that will lead you to success.

Tip #5: Before you quit your job, develop and fine tune your product

So you have an amazing idea and you know it will succeed. But, have you developed the product yet? The only way an entrepreneur can start making profits is to have something to sell. So it is logical that you keep working your job until you have developed that product.

Tip #6: Find a mentor

Before you quit your job and start the entrepreneur journey, I suggest you find a mentor that can provide you with their opinions and show you strategies and tricks to use.

There are many successful entrepreneurs that are willing to help new entrepreneurs find their way.

Tip #7: Before you quit your job, consult your family

Without your family’s support, your odds of success in small business lessens greatly. I suggest that before you quit your job, you have a family meeting and explain why you long to do what you want to do. Allow your family to have their opinions and then make your choice if you will leave your job and become an entrepreneur.

Tip #8: Before you quit your job, get started

You can get many things going before you quit your job.

  • Purchase a website
  • Get all legalities completed
  • Open a business bank account
  • Start blogging
  • Network

You can get the wheels spinning before you quit your job and have a head start.

Tip #9: Have 1 year of survival money before you leave your job

Statistics have proven that the majority of businesses will not show profits for up to 1 year. While it is important that you pay yourself, you may find times when your business is in that stage where you will need savings to be able to pay your personal bills and buy groceries.

If you do not have a good amount saved, maybe you should stay at your job until you do.

You may want to check out The Expense Tracker to help you keep your finances in order.

Tip #10: Do your research before you quit your job

Before you leave your employment to start that idea, have you done all the research?

  • What are the legal aspects?
  • Who and where is the competition?
  • What problem will your product solve?
  • Who is your target market?
  • What will be the costs to manufacture?
  • Etc…

Don’t quit your job and jump into a blind idea.

Tip #11: Don’t burn the bridge!

I know that when a person gets that ambition, the thought of, “I just want out of this job” is at the top of the list. But keep in mind that the company you work with or for, the boss you have and your fellow employees could possibly be clients or investors in your entrepreneurial dream.

But if you leave in a bad fashion, you probably will never have them as clients and they also may give you a bad reference.

Use wisdom and quit your job properly. Do not burn the bridge!

Conclusion

There are many entrepreneurs who keep working far into the development of their business. Keep that in mind and consider if you can possibly handle both at the same time. If you can, it will give you some insurance and will probably allow your family to have some peace of mind.

I know that you can succeed, but it does take time and there may be a few failures along the way.

I have another resource that can help you… In my years, I have learned what works and what doesn’t and I share it in the book: To The Top. Get your copy here.

Thank you for stopping by today and please share this on your social media. I would greatly appreciate it.

11 Tips On Managing A Home-Based Business

If you are considering taking on the life of entrepreneurship, there is a good chance that your business will be home-based. This can be a huge change from commuting and working in an office. It is important that you manage this extreme change properly or your business can suffer.

Being a long-time entrepreneur that manages many of my work from home, I want to provide you with 11 tips on managing a home-based business.

I know if you follow these tips, you will be better prepared for the entrepreneurial challenge you have taken on.

Home-Based Business Tip #1: Have A Dedicated Work Space/Office

This is an important tip for 2 huge reasons:

  1. Your peace of mind.
  2. Taxes

While I am sure you trust your family members (hopefully), it is just better on your peace of mind if those family members are not within your work space. If something is missing or gets Kool Aid spilled on, the only person you can blame is yourself.

Secondly, the IRS will give you a tax deduction on your home-based business office as long as it is strictly used for just that.

Home-Based Business Tip #2: Invest In Your Work Environment

You need to consider your work environment. If you are comfortable, your work will reflect your pleasure. I suggest that you ensure your desk, chair and all other home-based business office tools are the best. Be willing to spend a little more for the best because in the long run, that investment will pay off.

I also suggest that you invest in software and hardware that will make your job easier.

Home-Based Business Tip #3: Create A Business And Time Management Plan

One of the biggest downfalls of home-based businesses is not having a plan. As an entrepreneur, you need to develop a plan.

  • What is your mission?
  • What vision do you have?
  • What problem will you solve?

Develop your plan with all of these questions in mind.

I also suggest that you have a planner and plan your time. I suggest that you plan your day the night before so that you will make the best use of your time. So you are working on your business instead of “in” your business.

Home-Based Business Tip #4: Create A Marketing Plan

To be perfectly blunt, if you are not marketing, you really do not have a business.

I felt I should separate this from tip #3 because of the importance. You need to develop a marketing and advertising program and I suggest you run multiple tests to discover what marketing strategy works best for you.

Home-Based Business Tip #5: Outsource

There are many tasks in business structures that should be done by someone other than you. Your priority should be gaining profits and not doing the $15 per hour tasks that need to be done, but are not necessarily creating revenue.

I suggest you take some time and list all the business tasks that could be outsourced. You can then outsource that work to a local freelancer or possibly use outsourcing websites like Upwork, Fiverr or others.

Home-Based Business Tip #6: Insurance

This is another area that many new entrepreneurs neglect or procrastinate about.

We need to insure our assets and our home-based business is an asset. I suggest that you meet with an insurance agent to learn the various policies available to protect your home-based business.

Home-Based Business Tip #7: Dress For Success

The temptation to work all day in your pajamas will be powerful. But is it wise to work in your “jammys?”

There have been studies that show people who dress sharply have better work habits and are more productive.

I am not saying you have to wear a suit and tie while working at home, but dressing in casual business attire will have you performing your tasks in a more competent manner.

Home-Based Business Tip #8: Make Time For Loved Ones

The work-life balance for entrepreneurs can be nonexistent in many cases.

I cannot stress this enough… Make time for your family! Make it a part of your plan and do not deviate from that family plan. Just remember, without your family, your business is nothing.

Home-Based Business Tip #9: Personal Development

You can always learn more. I suggest that you start finding books that can help you grow in your knowledge of your business. You may also want to learn about accounting, computers, marketing and other areas that can help you grow your business.

You may even consider taking courses at your local college or even online. Just try to learn something new every chance you can.

Home-Based Business Tip #10: Network

Networking with other business professionals is also important.

First, having a home-based business can be lonely at times and networking can help you defeat those lonely feelings. Also, other professionals can help you learn methods that have worked and not worked. They can also be a great referral source.

Try joining local professional groups; go to trade shows and attend Chamber of Commerce meetings.

Home-Based Business Tip #11: Learn All You Can About Taxes

Love them or hate them, taxes are inevitable. The wise entrepreneur learns everything they can about taxes because there are a slew of deductions you can take when you own and manage a home-based business.

While I do believe it is in your best interest to have an accountant, it is still wise to learn anything and everything you can so you are completely prepared and you know what to file and what can be thrown away.

With that last tip, I need to also offer a suggestion that has helped many home-based business owners manage their finances and save money on taxes.

Several years ago, I developed an application that has helped entrepreneurs all over the world and I know it will help you too.

Check out the Expense Tracker to help you manage your home-based business.

Conclusion

I really hope these tips help you manage your home-based business. Please leave a comment and let me know.

If you have any questions, just ask them below.

Please share this with others so they can have these tips too.

Thank you and keep moving:
